A&E Nurse Jobs
The Accident and Emergency (A&E) nurse job role applies specialist knowledge and experience to the practice of emergency care within the Accident and Emergency department. Nurses perform a range of tasks to ensure that patients are given the correct level of care and a full appreciation of their injuries is understood and evaluated.

Tasks include patient administration within trauma units including acute response, emergency medical assistance, aiding doctors with surgery, emergency room/critical care units, providing emergency medical treatment and patient advice, preparing patients for blood test, sampling and testing, and managing assessments.

The A&E job role can be very stressful but exciting for those nurses that require a different job every day.
