efficiency of scrub nurse work place ?

   Greetings all   

A quick background...I'm a product design student from South Africa conducting research on the ergonomics of the work environment of scrub nurses in the OT. So I'm focusing on the ease with which you can conduct your work...with the intention of designing a improved product solution based on the difficulties presented in your work place.

-  Do you or have you ever suffered from physical work related side effects, such as back pain or leg pain ? 

and was this from a specific incident or something that came over time ?

-  How do you manage the surgical tools, arranging etc, that are to be used in the operation ? special tables or trolleys etc. ? 

-  Are there any functional problems or difficulties that you would like to high-light in your work as a scrub nurse ?

-  What product improvements do you think could help to make your work easier and more efficient ?

your feedback will be much appreciated and will be acknowledge in my thesis.
