We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to manage a large nursing unit within the Buckinghamshire area.
The role is effectively that of a Home Manager within a large home. Full responsibility for the running, staffing and resident care falls with the Unit Manager along with the day to day responsibility that comes with managing a nursing home. Previous experience at management level is essential along with an in depth knowledge of care using the person centred care approach.
Candidates should have excellent communication and inter personal skills and be comfortable leading a large team by example. Previous management experience in older persons care is essential.
Candidates are required to be qualified Nurses for this role (RGN or RMN) and should ideally have completed or be working towards their RMA / LMC.
