NURSE PRACTITIONERS. DAGENHAM, ESSEX. PERMANENT. FULL TIME.
An exciting position has arisen for a NURSE PRACTITIONER to work as part of a team of Nurse Practitioners within a Medical Centre. This post will report to the Lead Nurse.
The Candidate will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a recognised Nurse Practitioner qualification and have at least 5 years post qualification experience, including Chronic Disease Management. He /she will need to show evidence of continuous professional development and previous experience of managing and developing a nursing team
