My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager to work in their beautiful medium sized care home located in Fife.
The post is open to RGN's and RMN's and requires someone with a managerial background within a care home environment. You will have the confidence and ability to run the home when the manager is off and be able to be flexible in your shift patterns to cover annual leave and sickness of other nurses.
It is essential that the successful applicant is able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and teaching skills.
You will be working 40.25 hours per week in a 12 hour shift pattern. The salary of the post is subject to experience and begins from £12.30 per hour. You will be required on occasion to work weekends.
